Meet Your Reiki Teacher & Intuitive Reconnection Guide

Tara Pratt is a Reiki Master Teacher, Intuitive Reconnection Guide, and Somatic Energy Practitioner — and at her core, she is simply someone who found her way home to herself and has devoted her life to helping others do the same.

Her path began with a Human Design reading that cracked something open. What followed was a deep and sincere unfolding — completing Reiki I and II at The Anam Cara Healing Center, earning her Reiki Mastery in 2023, and going on to teach and co-facilitate Reiki I trainings both at Anam Cara and through her own programs. In 2024, she completed a 10-month Somatic Energy Practitioner Certification, and continues weaving in studies of Yoga, Embodied Parts Integration, Decolonized Spirituality, and Voice Alchemy — not to collect credentials, but because she believes the teacher must always remain a student.

Tara's work lives in the space where intuition meets the body. It is gentle, grounded, and deeply respectful of each person's own inner wisdom. She does not offer answers — she offers presence, tools, and a safe space for you to remember what you already know.

There is no fixing here. No urgency. Only an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and come back to yourself.
