My name is Tara Pratt and I consider myself a humble forever student. My path during this life is to be of service to others, all while helping you find your way back to yourself. Back to your own intuitive guidance and source connections.

Through my own journey to healing, I have found that what came out of this turn-inward was a lot about confronting the inner work, setting better boundaries, and re-connecting with that inner knowing inside myself. Which, I truly believe we all have within us. I wholeheartedly believe that we all have the power within our bodies and souls to heal ourselves from within.

Mindfulness and Energy work have brought an insurmountable amount of peace and healing to my life, and I want to share that with as many people as possible. 

As a Somatic Energy Practitioner, a Usui style Reiki III Master/Teacher, a triple Aries in astrology (sun/moon/ascendant), and a 1/3 Sacral Generator with Right Angle Cross of Service (17/18 | 58/52) in Human Design, I honor sacred ritual and consider myself a steward of Mother Earth. Honoring and revering Her, as well as the animals and plants that surround us, using them as guides and mentors. During any of my energetic sessions, I gain knowledge using intuitive clairs and channeling.

My hobbies include hiking, kayaking, backpacking, snowboarding/skiing, and basically anything on the water, or anything outside! My personal interests include reading, learning about all the things (I am a 1/3), Gene Keys, Human Design, Astrology, Astronomy, herbalism, gardening, animals, and traveling.
